Body

Having applied the wisdom & knowledge of Ayurveda to my own health and healing experience, I invite you to also experience the power of ayurveda on your own journey. Ayurveda sees the body differently to western medicine. In Ayurveda, the WHOLE body is connected, nothing is in isolation, and the aim is to achieve balance of the doshas (or energies) through food, herbs, yoga and other practices such as self-massage and meditation.

Mind

Our thoughts are far more powerful than we realise. They can either make or break us, whether it be in the moment we are having the thought, or for hours or even days later. The good news is that we have the power to control these thoughts and create a better day, or even life, for ourselves. Using the Law of attraction and manifesting, together we will create a more positive reality for you, a reality that you are worthy and deserving of.

Soul

Nurturing our soul is all about believing that there is a greater source or energy that we can connect to, this energy is both within us and all around us. Allowing this universal energy to guide us, is one of the ways we can best connect to our soul, and our soul’s purpose (Dharma), our reason for being here. Connecting to ourselves and the universe this way, helps to fill that void we feel, it helps to create a sense of wholeness.
